The Foundation
The life of Henoch Argaw is the reason behind Henoch Argaw Foundation. This is rather a tribute to our child prodigy Henoch Argaw who lived an exemplary life till his last moment on this earth. The void he left behind can not be replaced. To cherish his wonderful life and to take his dreams forward, this foundation is established. We only wish many from this generation take forward Henoch's dreams and shine as examples.

Mission
To promote, encourage and keep alive Henoch’s dream that he left behind at an early age, as a badge of honor and excellence, creative and intelligent scholars, researchers and scientists.

MIT remembered and honored Henoch Argaw at the Class of 2020 Graduation Commencement on May 29, 2020 in Memoriam by displaying video clips of his time at MIT and presented to his family Honorary Member of the Class of 2020 Certificate.

Childhood of Henoch was always filled with fun, joy and awe. He had a great time with us all and we too had unforgettable days when he was an infant. Presenting here some of Henoch’s childhood memories. The talents in him started manifesting even when he was a kid. Such a wonderful and blessed child he was in our family.

Henoch had individual equations with all of his family members. A proud son of his mother, a great friend to his father and a great companion to his sister. Nothing was complete without his involvement and participation in our family routines. The great conversations we had at the dining table are still etched in our memories forever. His contagious laugh and playful humour will always be remembered. Words are not just enough to say how much we miss him!

Henoch was an incredibly smart engineer. He had a smile that brightened the room and he was generous both in spirit and action. I remember that when one of the interns had difficulty finding housing, Henoch did not hesitate to host him on his couch for the duration of the internship. He built many tools that the team continues to use to this day

liwwa is the first P2P lending company in the MENA which has focused on helping meet the funding gap that MSMEs face. Henoch observed and tried to help in many different sectors of the company, but the majority of his time was spent with the Technical Team. He worked on several different mini projects while working at liwwa, which all included work in Python, SQL and/or JS and they were mostly focused on helping improve the company’s website. He additionally learned a substantial amount of Arabic while staying in Amman after starting with barely any knowledge of the language.
